En chiffres, cela repr\u00e9sente pr\u00e8s de 60 kilom\u00e8tres de route o\u00f9 la vitesse va \u00eatre abaiss\u00e9e \u00e0 30 km\/h entre 22 h et 6 h du matin, 610 nouveaux panneaux de signalisation install\u00e9s dans la ville, et surtout 33 000 riveraines et riverains qui vont pouvoir b\u00e9n\u00e9ficier de cette mesure, a assur\u00e9 la Ville de Lausanne, lors d\u2019une conf\u00e9rence de presse tenue d\u00e9but septembre. Les axes dits p\u00e9n\u00e9trants, comme la route de Romanel ou l\u2019avenue de Rhodanie, ne seront toutefois pas concern\u00e9s par ce changement de r\u00e9gime. Il n\u2019emp\u00eache, cette petite r\u00e9volution lausannoise suscite de la vigilance, si ce n\u2019est de l\u2019inqui\u00e9tude, aupr\u00e8s de certains usagers, comme les feux bleus et les bus, qui devront, eux aussi, lever le pied.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-buttons is-layout-flex wp-block-buttons-is-layout-flex\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-button is-style-outline is-style-outline--1\"><a class=\"wp-block-button__link\" href=\"https:\/\/tcs-vd.ch\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/08\/plandeploiement_30kmh_lausanne_2021-1.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Planning de d\u00e9ploiement du 30 km\/h nocturne<\/a><\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Feux bleus \u00e9pargn\u00e9s<\/strong>?<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Concernant la police, les pompiers et les ambulances, Florence Germond, municipale lausannoise en charge de la Mobilit\u00e9, a dit \u00eatre intervenue \u00e0 plusieurs reprises aupr\u00e8s de Simonetta Sommaruga pour lui demander s\u2019il \u00e9tait possible d\u2019ajouter une plaque mentionnant l\u2019exception des feux bleus sous les panneaux 30 km\/h, a-t-on pu lire dans la presse vaudoise. \u00abL\u2019Office f\u00e9d\u00e9ral des routes n\u2019est pas entr\u00e9 en mati\u00e8re\u00bb, \u00e9crivaient encore nos cons\u0153urs et confr\u00e8res. Devant la presse, la municipale a donc lanc\u00e9 un nouvel appel \u00e0 Simonetta Sommaruga afin qu\u2019elle pr\u00e9sente une modification de la loi sur la circulation routi\u00e8re. Florence Germond s\u2019est dite cependant rassur\u00e9e, selon le journal <em>Le Temps<\/em>: \u00abDans le canton de Vaud, le procureur g\u00e9n\u00e9ral Eric Cottier a d\u00e9j\u00e0 t\u00e9moign\u00e9 de l\u2019indulgence avec laquelle il examinera les situations juridiques en d\u00e9coulant.\u00bb<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">La question des transports publics<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Concernant les bus et le 30 km\/h, une probl\u00e9matique que nous<\/strong> <strong>d\u00e9veloppons dans notre journal papier de ce mois de septembre<\/strong> <strong>(voir le lien ci-dessous)<\/strong>, leurs repr\u00e9sentants attendent que les choses se passent pour en juger. \u00abDes premi\u00e8res analyses, il ressort que le 30\u00a0km\/h entre 22\u00a0h et 6\u00a0h aura un impact limit\u00e9 sur le temps de parcours des transports publics \u00e0 Lausanne, les bus n\u2019assurant pas de service entre 0\u00a0h\u00a030 et 5\u00a0h\u00a030\u00bb, explique C\u00e9line Epars, charg\u00e9e de communication aux Transports publics de la r\u00e9gion lausannoise (tl), dont le Comit\u00e9 de direction et le Conseil d\u2019administration sont notamment compos\u00e9s de repr\u00e9sentants de la Ville de Lausanne. Mais ce n\u2019est pas tout, assure la porte-parole: \u00abDes contacts ont \u00e9t\u00e9 instaur\u00e9s avec les autorit\u00e9s et un monitoring sera \u00e9tabli pour \u00e9valuer pr\u00e9cis\u00e9ment l\u2019effet du 30\u00a0km\/h nocturne sur l\u2019exploitation des transports publics.\u00bb<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-buttons is-layout-flex wp-block-buttons-is-layout-flex\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-button is-style-fill\"><a class=\"wp-block-button__link\" href=\"https:\/\/issuu.com\/tcsvaud\/docs\/1021_vd_high\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Vers l&rsquo;article papier sur les TP et le 30 km\/h, P.4 <\/a><\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Le syndicat reste attentif<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>De son c\u00f4t\u00e9, le Syndicat du personnel des transports (SEV) de la r\u00e9gion lausannoise, qui attendait que le d\u00e9ploiement du 30&nbsp;km\/h soit assorti de mesures d\u2019accompagnement, reste attentif et pr\u00eat \u00e0 r\u00e9agir. \u00abEst-ce que les mesures seront suffisantes pour compenser ce ralentissement? Il est impossible de le dire aujourd\u2019hui, note Pablo Guarino, secr\u00e9taire syndical. Mais si le 30&nbsp;km\/h nocturne devait peser sur les journ\u00e9es des conductrices et des conducteurs, on s\u2019en rendra vite compte et il faudra alors une r\u00e9action rapide des autorit\u00e9s. Nous n\u2019accepterons pas que tout cela p\u00e8se sur le personnel, qui subit suffisamment de pression. Image pr\u00e9texte: Fotolia<\/span><\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>La mise en \u0153uvre du 30&nbsp;km\/h de nuit s\u2019accompagne de la mise en feux clignotants d\u2019une cinquantaine d\u2019installations de r\u00e9gulation des carrefours. \u00abCette mesure permet d\u2019am\u00e9liorer la fluidit\u00e9 du trafic et contribue \u00e9galement \u00e0 la diminution de 80% des \u00abbruits de pointe\u00bb souvent caus\u00e9s par des acc\u00e9l\u00e9rations excessives, explique la Ville. Afin d\u2019informer et de sensibiliser les usag\u00e8res et les usagers de v\u00e9hicules motoris\u00e9s \u00e0 la nouvelle limitation en vigueur, une soixantaine d\u2019indicateurs de vitesse seront install\u00e9s sur l\u2019ensemble de la ville.\u00bb Devant la presse, Florence Germond a toutefois assur\u00e9 une certaine marge de tol\u00e9rance face aux \u00e9ventuelles infractions dans un premier temps.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-buttons is-layout-flex wp-block-buttons-is-layout-flex\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-button is-style-outline is-style-outline--2\"><a class=\"wp-block-button__link\" href=\"https:\/\/tcs-vd.ch\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/08\/Emplacement-des-indicateurs-de-vitesse_30-kmh_Lausanne_2021.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Emplacements des indicateurs de vitesse<\/a><\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Un outil l\u00e9gal<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Pour rappel, le d\u00e9veloppement du 30 km\/h de nuit \u00e0 Lausanne a \u00e9t\u00e9 retard\u00e9 par un seul recours, celui d\u2019un chauffeur de taxi. Pas longtemps, cependant, puisque cet \u00e9t\u00e9, la baisse g\u00e9n\u00e9rale de la vitesse nocturne \u00e0 Lausanne a finalement \u00e9t\u00e9 valid\u00e9e par les juges de la Cour de droit administratif. Qui en fait un cas appel\u00e9 \u00e0 se r\u00e9p\u00e9ter dans le canton. \u00abCette mesure a int\u00e9gr\u00e9 la bo\u00eete \u00e0 outils \u00e0 disposition des collectivit\u00e9s publiques pour lutter contre le bruit routier, rappelle, avec satisfaction, Laurent Tribolet, de la Direction g\u00e9n\u00e9rale de la mobilit\u00e9 et des routes du canton de Vaud.
